M2O was formed as a family investment office in 1992. The firm made its inaugural investment that same year in a ship mooring company, generating outsized returns over a 5 year period through hands-on investment strategies and direct management. Today, M2O's portfolio exceeds 40 private companies operating globally. M20 invests in high growth, small to mid-sized companies and unlike traditional private equity or venture capital groups, the firm's investment horizon is often 10 years or more. As a long-term investor, M20 consistently develops lasting relationships with the companies and entrepreneurs in which it invests.
